ARE YOU READY TO CHECK IN ? You and your friends are heading on a short vacation when your car breaks down, fortunately, there’s an old motel nearby. Nestled in the natural surroundings down the highway from an old mining town, the motel is remote but there’s nowhere else to go. When you arrive there’s just one problem: there’s no one there to check you in, and the door has locked behind you. Can you keep your wits about you and escape within the hour, or will this be the last resort you ever visit?

This was the first actually scary room I did and it remains a favourite. Well made, great use of tech, unique puzzles and awesome effects. Truly enjoyed this one and may have screamed once or twice 😉

This room had some unique challenges. It was fun and immersive. We completed the room with about 10 mins to spare but made an incorrect choice on the last task

Absolutely loved this escape room! It offered unique challenges and the theme created a very immersive environment. Highly recommend this room! Definitely the best one at Escape Games Canada!

All rooms at Escape Games Canada are great experiences, and Last Resort is no exception. There are some creepy moments, and me and the group that I played with are scaredy cats, so being in a room with people who are easily scared definitely heightened the spook factor. The puzzles were fun, and not overly challenging. However, there was a feature in the room that I immediately knew was going to be a part of a puzzle because they used a similar design in another one of their rooms, so that dampened the “wow” factor for me. There was also a puzzle in our room that opened before it was supposed to, but the GM quickly came in and sorted out the situation. Last Resort is another solid room at Escape Games Canada. It’s not my favourite room at this company, but definitely worth checking out.
